Peggy Nolan, Executive Director

Peggy  is the mother of two adult children, stepmother of four adult children, and grandmother of one.  Peggy holds a Master of Arts in Information Management and has over 18 years of information technology and project management experience. What drives Peggy is her passion to help others live true, authentic lives. Peggy is a certified yoga teacher, first degree black belt in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Stepmom coach & mentor, published author, and radio show host. Her articles appear in StepMom Magazine, Diva Toolbox, MORE Online, and Aspire Magazine. She’s also appeared on AOL’s Career in Transition Image Makeover. Peggy’s radio show, The Stepmom’sToolbox is one of the most popular and downloaded shows on BlogTalk Radio in the category, “women.” Peggy also writes Serendipity Smiles, a blog where she shares her creative life. Peggy lives in Derry, NH with her husband Richard who is currently deployed in the Middle East.

Teresa Thompson, Director of Education

Teresa is a mom and stepmom to two teenage daughters. Teresa co-hosts The Stepmom’s Toolbox Radio Show the second and fourth Monday of each month. She is a teacher, online educator, and Reiki Practitioner. Teresa is passionate about helping others tune into their intuitive side. She received her Bachelor’s degree in education from The University of Vermont. She has over 10 years teaching experience and is excited to bring her expertise and skills to the stepmom community. Teresa shares her wisdom on Saving Home, The Stepmom’s Toolbox, and Diva Toolbox. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband and their two daughters

Erin Erickson, Graphic Design & Radio Show Co-Host

Erin Hallstrom-Erickson, both a stepdaughter and a stepmother, is an award-winning writer and well-known blogger in the rapidly growing Stepmom blogosphere. She is the writer of a personal blog, The Erin Experiment, and the creator of Stepchicks and the Stepfamily Letter Project.

As the creator of Stepchicks, an online community that reaches out to soon-to-be, new, and veteran stepmoms, Erin offers support and peer counsel in a Stepmom-friendly environment. As a co-creator of the Stepfamily Letter Project, an anonymous letter-writing website for members of blended families, Erin offers readers insight into the emotions of blended families.

Erin is the recipient of numerous website awards and is a Stepmom Discussion Leader and Contributor to MomsLikeMe.com. She frequently contributes to blended family websites such as StepmothersMilk.com, Stepmonster.com, BecomingAStepmom.com and NoOnestheBitch.com.

Nicole Dupre-Henderson, Director of Social Media

Nicole Dupre-Henderson is a stepmom to 2 children. Nicole runs an Internet Marketing company, WSI, with her business partner and brother. Her specialty is Social Media execution and analytics interpretation. Nicole’s passion is helping businesses and people succeed. She’s also an avid crafter and owns a jewelry company where she designs and creates her own pieces.

Nicole and her husband are both Las Vegas natives who are currently raising a zoo, including 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, 1 tortoise, and a dozen or so fish.

Jessica Withers, Book Reviews

Jessica has been in a stepmother role to 3 children for almost 2 years.  Jessica frequently contributes fabulous book reviews to The Stepmom’s Toolbox, for which we are very grateful! She has recently started a Stepmom Support Group for stepmoms in Tompkin’s County.  She has worked in public and academic libraries for over nineteen years.
