Hi Julie – I let my old jeans go and decided to lose the weight…I can buy a new pair after I hit the number I want to be at! (Now, I’m off to the gym!) So…we have yet another choice – let it go and then decide to do something about it!!

Peggy, I love how your posts make me break out of that rut I seem to fall into every day and truly practice making my life the best it can be.
    Thanks!!!

Dear EWO – I write for you and I write for me. Each post I write is also a reminder to my Self to chose being present, being more in the Now, and really living my life to its fullest potential. It doesn’t take much to get enveloped by the drama and sucked into the problems of remarried life. It’s the daily decision to stay out of the rut and just be me.
