About

Peggy Nolan  is the mother of two adult children, stepmother of four adult children, and grandmother of one.  Peggy is a published author and the founder and creator of the popular  StepMoms Tool Box .  As a self-care advocate, certified yoga instructor and breast cancer survivor, Peggy is passionate about helping others help themselves. She created The Stepmom’s Toolbox Radio Show which she co-hosts with Erin Erickson on the first and third Mondays of each month. Additionally, Peggy has launched her new Wellness and Self-Care business, Infinite Yoga and Reiki, with her workshop training partner, Teresa Thompson.

She is a frequent contributing writer to The StepMom Magazine and Diva Toolbox. Peggy’s mission is to connect stepmoms to the tips, tools, and advice they need to thrive in their remarried families.

Peggy lives in southern New Hampshire with her husband Richard.
